Q: What happens if it rains?

A: You can choose to reschedule your event, or for smaller events, you may choose to go ahead with it in our indoor area. Although children won't be able to ride, we can bring a pony inside for children to pet and sit on. We can also bring in other animals for children to enjoy. This is sometimes a better option than disappointing the children altogether.

Q: Is my deposit refundable?

A: We are sorry, the deposit to hold your day and time is not refundable. We will gladly reschedule an event if notified 1 week prior for any reason, or if due to inclement weather, we will gladly reschedule your event for a brighter day. If you need to cancel an event due to weather, please let us know your decision as soon as possible.

Q: Do you supply ponies for parties at different locations?

A: No, we only give pony rides & pony parties at our farm.

Q: Are you insured?

A: Yes. And we are proud to say we have never had to file a claim in all our years giving pony rides to children.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept online Visa and Mastercard payments via Paypal thru Golden Stone Graphics. We also accept checks, money orders and cash.

Questions about Ponies

Q: Are ponies safe?

A: As with any animal, the answer is both yes and no. To be safe around ponies please read our "farm rules".

Q: Do ponies carry germs?

A: They can and a few can be transferred to humans. These are called Zoonoses. Please be assured our ponies are happy and healthy, and up to date on worming and vaccinations. Here is a link explaining zoonoses and horses from DVM Newsmagazine Zoonoses. Follow basic hygiene rules as with any animal.
